VIP Packages include an entry ticket unless it’s stated in the package that you must purchase an entry ticket separately.
For the 2026 Rosetopia Tour the packages do come with an entry ticket.
NOTE: This information is always subject to change by tour and how VIP packages are sold.
Your valid PHOTO ID is required at check-in and must match the name used to purchase the package. You can provide a copy of the purchasers ID if they are not in attendance.

VIP FAQs
How do I access presale codes?
Presale codes used to be offered through The Rose’s app ‘Rosarium’. Since the dissolvement of the app in December of 2025, presale codes can now be found via venue specific mailing lists or through venue social media accounts.
Does VIP include a ticket to the show?
For the 2026 Rosetopia Tour all VIP Packages include an entry ticket.
Can I purchase a VIP Package from a reseller?
VIP Packages were sold through the ticketing agency the venue has a partnership with. (AXS, Ticketmaster, Eventim, etc)
It is still unclear whether or not full benefits will be transferred to the buyer as this discrepancy, in the end, is fully up to the promoter (Powerhouse) on how this is handled. It is advised that all Black Rose’s re-selling their tickets to fellow fans are able to accompany the buyer into the venue to help with any matters that could arise on show day.
Who is in charge of VIP Packages?
This year VIP Packages were created by a promotional website under the name ‘Powerhouse Presents’.
Need more clarification or have other questions?
The Brose Garden can try and answer certain questions in relation to past VIP Experiences with The Rose, however these particular packages were created by ‘Powerhouse’, who as of 4/23/2026 has remained completely unresponsive to all inquiries, a pattern that seems to have not improved based on evidence going as far back as 2018.
Please Note: TBG has attempted multiple times to get in touch with ‘Powerhouse’ who has remained unresponsive to Black Roses and their valid inquires - a pattern that seems to be common with this particular promoter. However, TBG will continue to remain diligent in trying to get more answers before the tour starts.
PURCHASING VIP FROM RESELLERS
In previous instances the original purchaser would be emailed no later than two days prior to your show with instructions and the time you need to be at the venue to collect your wristband. This however has not been determined by ‘Powerhouse Presents’ on whether or not they will do their due-diligence as the promoter and send out instructional emails prior to show day.
PLEASE NOTE: It is strongly suggested to only use Paypal Goods and Services (G&S) when purchasing from a reseller to protect yourself from fraud. Friends and Family does not offer the same protection or ability to get your money back in the event of a scam. If someone tries to get you to go through Friends and Family I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
The small $ fee associated with Goods and Services can be paid for by either the seller OR reimbursed by the buyer by adding it on to the payment and is worth the added protection. The very small fee associated with the goods and services transaction is an excuse often used by scammers to try and get buyers to accept Friends and Family as it does not protect the buyer or seller from a possible scam or fraudulent ill-intent.
Please be cautious and vigilant when purchasing from strangers.
